After teaching along the shore of Lake Gennesaret, he told Peter to put out to deep water and let down his nets. Peter did so reluctantly but was amazed at the catch once he followed the instruction of Christ. Jesus’ charge to his disciples was to become “Fishers of Men”. Luke 5:1-11

 

As a church our mission is to accept the call of Christ to become “Fishers of Men” and CAST our nets into this world of uncertainty in which we live.
